The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus is a republican body of the state administration and is subordinated to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In its activity the Ministry of Health follows the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Public Health”, other acts of legislation and the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus.
