From July 15, 2021 to December 31, 2022, a visa-free procedure for entry, temporary stay and departure from the Republic of Belarus of foreign citizens for vaccination against Covid-19 is established. The procedure is determined by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 251 dated July 1, 2021.

Foreign citizens who are going to enter the Republic of Belarus for vaccination against Covid-19 (both first and second doses) should make an application in the Online Information System (https://vaccination.by/form/index.html), and receive the confirmation of the date, time and place of vaccination (denomination of the healthcare organization).

A foreign citizen is authorized to enter the Republic of Belarus no earlier than two days before the confirmed date of vaccination and no later than the specified date; the visa-free period must not exceed 5 days from the entry date to the Republic of Belarus.

When crossing the State Border of the Republic of Belarus, a foreign citizen must submit valid documents for traveling abroad, the original or a copy of a medical document confirming a negative laboratory test for Covid-19, performed using the PCR method no later than three days before the date of crossing the border.

The vaccination of foreign citizens will be carried out using the Gam-COVID-Vac combined vector vaccine against the Covid-19.

All regions of the country identified health organizations for vaccination, while a specific city where a foreign citizen wants to come could be selected at the application stage.

A permission for the preventive vaccination is issued by a doctor after an interview, examination, medical documents analysis (if any), taking into account the indications and contraindications to the vaccine.

A vaccination certificate will be issued after the first and the second vaccination doses.
