Our key responsibilities:

• managing appointments with citizens, registering and submitting written, oral and online appeals and citizens' administrative complaints to the MOH management and its officers;
• studying, analysing and consolidating proposals, applications and complaints from the public;
• organizing documentation workflow, improving the system for the execution of citizens' proposals;
• supervising the delivery of instructions from higher state administration bodies and the MOH management on appeals from the public by the MOH departments and boards;
• ensuring that appeals from the public are received, registered, tracked and stored, including those that have already been implemented;
• selecting and preparing cases for the State Archive.

In line with our responsibilities, we perform the following functions:

• managing the processing of written, oral and online citizens' appeals by the MOH central bodies;
• registering administrative complaints submitted by citizens and ensuring their prompt and efficient processing;
• organizing personal appointments with the Minister of Health and the First Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Belarus;
• in case of late execution of citizens' appeals, we require the heads of the MOH units to explain the reason for the delay and execute appeals within the prescribed time;
• working to reduce document flow and time needed for the execution of documents;
• ensuring the time limits for handling citizens' appeals entered in the MOH Comment Book;
• analysing and consolidating citizens' appeals, drafting monthly, quarterly and annual reports, analytical and reference data;
• corresponding with state administration bodies and other organizations on the issues within our competence.
