Based on information from the State Forensic Examination Committee that its specialists, while monitoring the drug situation abroad, had identified the spread of new psychoactive substances of the nitazene group, the Ministry of Health, in agreement with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Forensic Examination Committee, has made the relevant amendments to the Republican List of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors Subject to State Control in the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter, the Republican List) and adopted Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus No. 100 of September 15, 2026 “On Amending Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus No. 19 of February 11, 2015” (hereinafter, Resolution No. 100).
Resolution No. 100 adds two new particularly dangerous narcotic drugs to List 1 of the Republican List, namely:
N-pyrrolidino isotonitazene and N-desethyl etonitazene.
At the same time, Resolution No. 100 removes the particularly dangerous psychotropic substance tiletamine from the Republican List.
